Dr. Surej holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Government Medical College, Trivandrum, Kerala University, Kerala, India. He pursued his Master of Surgery in Orthopaedics (MS Ortho) at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, MAHE, Manipal, India. Furthering his expertise, he obtained Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Orthopaedics from the National Board of Exams, New Delhi. Dr. Surej's commitment to advancing his skills led him to pursue a Fellowship in Arthroplasty at Ajou University Medical Center in Suwon, South Korea. Additionally, he completed an Observership in Sports Medicine at Ortho One Speciality Hospital, Coimbatore, affiliated with ISAKOS.
Dr. Surej G N is a distinguished orthopaedic surgeon with an impressive educational background and extensive training. He completed his Residency in Orthopaedics at Kasturba Medical College, MAHE, Manipal, India. Renowned as one of India's premier institutes for orthopaedics postgraduate training, Dr. Surej's training involved a comprehensive curriculum.

Throughout his residency, Dr. Surej honed his skills in proper history taking, clinical examination, and directing specific investigations. He developed a nuanced understanding of discussing differential diagnoses and exploring various modes of treatment. During his postgraduate training, Dr. Surej spearheaded a research project on "Static Progressive Stretch Therapy with a Turnbuckle Splint in the Treatment of Elbow Stiffness." This prospective study aimed to assess the effectiveness of a turnbuckle splint in improving the arc of motion in patients primarily experiencing elbow stiffness following trauma.
